Price Guarantee: If it does not match the official website promotion, you can apply for a refund.
Shipping Damage: If it's damaged in transit, you can apply for a return or a partial refund.
Defective product: If the product is defective, you can pay for the shipping fee to exchange it for free

Return Time limit: You have 7 natural days from receipt of the artwork in which to request a return and a further 14 natural days in which to fulfil it.
Refund Processing: Credit card 1-3 business days, PayPal 1-2 business days.
Art return policy for custom colors or sizes
Customized color or size art, no returns accepted after receiving the painting.
14-Day Return Guarantee
We offer a 14-day no-risk return guarantee on all orders. We’ll arrange the collection and return shipment of any artwork purchased from us.
Return Conditions:
* Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
* The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).
* Please handle artworks carefully when unpacking to ensure eligibility for return.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please provide photos of the damage and packaging to help us process the return and improve our shipping process.
If the original packaging is unusable, please repack securely and photograph the shipment for insurance purposes.
Return shipping
*Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, if there is no product quality problem, due to the customer’s personal reasons, such as dislike/not applicable/choose the wrong model…
*If the product is defective, damaged, missing parts, or you receive the wrong item, Arabelart will seek compensation from the shipping company and cover the return shipping costs.
*We do not charge relisting fees.
